These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Ray Crites (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, services, or merchandise offered on or through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, submitting information via contact forms, or purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. 1. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

  • Grant of Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and view the Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Strict Restrictions: You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, frame, mirror, or exploit any Site Content without explicit, prior written authorization from Ray Crites. 2. Unsolicited Creative Material Policy

Ray Crites maintains a strict policy regarding creative submissions. We do not accept, solicit, consider, or review unsolicited screenplays, pitches, treatments, story concepts, character ideas, loglines, digital media, or other creative works (“Unsolicited Material”).

  • Immediate Disregard and Deletion: Any Unsolicited Material sent through contact forms, email, social media channels, or physical mail will be deleted, destroyed, or discarded unread without exceptions.
  • No Confidentiality or Duty: The transmission of Unsolicited Material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, agency, or contractual relationship between you and Ray Crites. We assume no obligation, express or implied, regarding such material.
  • Full Waiver and Release of Claims: You recognize that Ray Crites actively writes, develops, and produces original dramatic works and screenplays. Similarities between your ideas and materials independently developed by Ray Crites or his collaborators are common and expected. By using this Site, you hereby irrevocably release, discharge, and hold harmless Ray Crites, his representatives, licensees, and assigns from any and all past, present, or future claims, liabilities, or demands alleging that any project or work produced or developed by Ray Crites infringes upon or uses Unsolicited Material submitted by you.

3. E-Commerce & Merchandise Store Terms

When e-commerce or merchandise features are active on the Site, the following terms govern all sales and transactions:

  • Product Descriptions & Pricing: We attempt to be as accurate as possible regarding product specifications and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Order Acceptance & Refusal: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
